It was one of the most fun cake that I've ever made. The cake was for my friend's Sue, they just moved into a beautiful house with swimming pool and jacuzzi so I thought of a cake with a jacuzzi pool. I got this idea from one of the baby shower's cake from flickr and I modified into a jacuzzi pool. My main intention was to show that the whole family were having fun...even the littlest baby that was sound a sleep in mum's arms.
Their two daughters were swimming in the pool of bubbles and mum and dad were enjoying watching their girls.
The cake was lemon sponge syrupped with lemoncello syrup, iced with lemon buttercream and decorated with fondant and royal icing bubbles. Hope they enjoy the cake...
